We want all of our customers to be super happy with the products and service they receive from us.  Here are some of the most common questions we receive. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments regarding our products or service.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail.  We will email you a notification with your tracking information once it ships.

When will I receive my order?

It takes 1-2 business days for us to prepare your Zilldy box for shipment. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days to deliver.  You should receive your order between 3-5 business days after you place your order.

My order is a gift. Will the recipient see the receipt or pricing?

We never include receipts or packing slips inside of a Zilldy box.

I tracked my package and it shows delivered, but I did not receive it?

We recommend that you have your package delivered to a secure location. We recommend making sure that it was not hidden on the porch or given to a neighbor or family member.  We have also found that sometimes a package can be marked delivered and show up a day or two later.  You can also check with your mail carrier or your local postal facility. They can give you the GPS information about where the package is delivered.

Unfortunately, we can’t help you if the package was stolen from the delivery location. However, we will do our best to assist you in finding or tracking down your package.

Incorrect Address – If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address (buyer enters wrong address), the buyer is responsible for the cost for reshipping the package. We will contact you for the correct address if this happens.

I received my package and item was damaged.

We are sorry to hear that an item was damaged in your gift box. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will make things right.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to the US.

What is your privacy policy?

We will never sell your information or give out any of your information to anyone. Ever.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. All of our transactions are made through Square’s third-party gateway in order to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and is handled over SSL encryption.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of all our products, all sales are final. In the event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make things right.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. Once your gift order has been prepared and packaged, we are unable to cancel.
